Terms of Service

The Korean version of these terms prevails.

1. Purpose

These terms set out the conditions for using the business portal (portal.jsini.co.kr) and the company website (jsini.co.kr) provided by JSINI ("the Company").

2. Accounts and approval

The portal is for people who work with the Company (staff, client contacts, etc.). An account exists only after you request it and the Company approves the request. You cannot sign in before approval. We may decline requests we cannot verify.

3. Social sign-in

You may request an account or sign in with Kakao, Naver, or Google. We receive only the data listed in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect a social account at any time under My Info → Security.

4. Your obligations

Keep your account to yourself. Do not use false or someone else's details, access data you are not authorised to see, interfere with or try to bypass the Service's security, or use information from the Service outside its business purpose.

5. Availability

We aim to run the Service continuously but may suspend it for maintenance, failures, or events beyond our control, with notice where possible.

6. Rights to content

The Service belongs to the Company. Material you upload while working remains with its author or organisation; we process it only as needed to provide the Service.

7. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend accounts that breach these terms or when the working relationship ends. You may ask us to delete your account at any time.

8. Liability

We are not liable for losses caused by force majeure, your own fault, or failures of third-party services (social sign-in, mail, push), except in cases of our wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

9. Privacy

We protect your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
